Maurizio Varenna -  accountant and statutory auditor 

He graduates in economics and business management  and later, he gets his master degrees in economics and management.

After achieving his licensing, he signs up for the commercial doctors order and accounting experts in Verbania and starts his profession, offering his competence in the tax and corporate field.

He was the president of the board of directors, then liquidator  in a public involvement ‘in house’ society operating in the field of water purification and recovery of leachates  ,first of all with the goal of assigning part of the compendium to the local authorities members ‘enti locali’ and  then incorporating the society with a primary manager identified by the field authority, so to  bring together firms that operate in the same market of reference  and favor  its processing and economy with the goal of containing the rates related to the services of water distribution and depuration   for human use.

He is nominated member of the management board in charge of  the financial economic service and human resources of a foundation who has health and welfare goals towards people without distinction of age, sex, family background, health, race, language, promoting an improvement of life quality in a development contest of the community and of the environment in which the community lives in.

He is a consultant  for one of the biggest Onlus foundations that operate in the residency health care and  that are active in the Verbano Cusio Ossola area.

Dott. Varenna is  still holding the position of only mayor- statutory auditor  in societies, consortia and foundations.
